Welcome

Healing Field

Schedule

Each November, the Rotary Club of Cathedral City honors our fallen veterans with its annual Healing Field event, which takes place during the entire week that precedes Veteran’s Day.

This is the time when Rotary Club members and other volunteers place thousands of flags on Patriot Park to honor the men and women who have lost their lives in service to our country since September 11, 2001.

The Rotary Club is making a difference in our Community

We collect food for the hungry, we improve local parks, we help senior citizens whose landscaping has gotten out of control. We support youth education with scholarships, leadership retreats, and a local Interact Club at Cathedral City High School. We raise money to provide safe drinking water for eastern Coachella Valley Communities. We are also launching an annual family fitness event that will include fun activities as well as health education and diagnostic services for people of all ages.

International Projects

The Rotary Club meets for lunch at 12:15 at La Casita Mexican Restaurant at Date Palm and Landau in Cathedral City. We welcome visitors.

Our hour-long meeting provides members and visitors with updates on local, regional and international Rotary projects. We frequently invite guest speakers from a variety of organizations that are working to make a positive difference in people’s lives. Our lunches and other special events also provide networking opportunities.

Our special events include an annual New Year’s Eve Party, pot lucks and wine socials.

We also support other clubs.
